24/7 Tuning Files
Our Fully Automated 24/7 Tuning file system is operational 365 days per year and utilises our comprehensive WinOLS database to find file matches, and return them in minutes. This service is available for Master tool users and our Slave tool dealers.
File Quality
We provide expertly calibrated tuning files which are developed with the aid of a V-Tech 4WD dynamometer whilst carrying out hours of consistent datalogging and testing to develop and deliver the highest quality tuning files.
File Portal System
Our Normal file service is operated by our three software calibration engineers and is open Monday to Saturday between 8am to 7pm (GMT). Our typical file turnaround time is approx. 15-40 minutes depending on the file request and how many files are in the file queue.
